LEGS Autumn Trip 2022

I’m sure that all of those who enjoyed that trip will endorse a similar venture this year.

The date;
Wednesday/Thursday 5th & 6th October

The venue;
Belton Woods Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort, not far off the A1, 3 miles north of Grantham. It was a De Vere hotel but, like Slaley Hall and 5 others, has been bought by QHotels. There are 2 different 18 hole golf courses that will prove a suitable challenge to us all.

The package;

• 2 rounds of golf – Wednesday pm plus Thursday am
  
• 3 course Dinner on Wednesday
  
• Overnight accommodation in a Twin occupancy bedroom with full en-suite amenities
  
• Full English breakfast served in the Brasserie

The costs;

• Excellent value at £125 (sharing a twin room) or £175 (single occupancy)
  
• A deposit of £30 has been requested by the hotel.
  
• These costs include a selection of Jeff’s special prizes for both days.
  
• The hotel has agreed a 10% reduction off all bar drinks.
  
• Buggies are available at £35.00 each round – you will need to be prebook with the pro shop.
  
• Members may bring along guests, at the same costs quoted above.

N.B. we have secured our package based on current 21/22 costs rather than their proposed increased levels for 2022/23. So it is very important that we are able to confirm our booking as soon as we can to avoid any increase.

Finally, we have selected a convenient and very reasonably priced venue with 2 golf courses. The hotel is a 4* standard with a selection of supporting facilities.
